Cancellation Policy
Policies may not be the most exciting part of a salon visit, but they’re essential for ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.
When appointments are canceled without sufficient notice, it creates gaps in my schedule that can’t always be filled, leading to lost opportunities.
I’ve carefully created every policy and guideline below in a way that is designed to ensure that the service experience and quality of work delivered to all of my guests is the absolute best.
Thank you for understanding that these policies are vital to the sustainability of my business.
RESERVATION POLICY:
* All clients are required to add a valid credit card number on file and all appointment bookings are required to pay a non-refundable deposit/retainer booking fee for all services to secure your reservation.
* The non-refundable deposit/retainer booking fee is not an extra charge, it’s simply a credit to hold your reservation and will be applied towards the total rendered cost of services.
No appointments will be held until the booking retainer is paid and a signed waiver.
BOOKING REMINDERS & NOTIFICATIONS:
* Leading up to your appointment time, reminders are confirmed electronically at 72 and up to 24 hours in advance by email and text messages from my online appointment scheduling software. Please do not opt out, you will not receive reminders.
* ANY cancellations or reschedules for appointment bookings must be provided by contacting Andrea Smith directly by phone at (317) 809-2776. Text or call. Email and or social media DM’s are unacceptable.
RESCHEDULE POLICY:
* ANY rescheduled/canceled appointments must be arranged within 48 business hours of the original appointment time for the NON-REFUNDABLE deposit/retainer booking fee to be transferable. In the event that you must cancel/reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours of notice for any reason, you will not be refunded and a new NON-REFUNDABLE deposit/retainer booking fee will be needed to reserve a new appointment.
* You have one initial opportunity to reschedule your pre-booked appointment within a 5-day grace period from the original appointment date. After this grace period, the original retainer fee will no longer be applicable. Should you need to reschedule more than once, or if a rescheduling request is made beyond the 5-day grace period, a new non-refundable deposit/retainer booking fee will be required to reserve any further appointments.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
* Any cancelled appointments must be arranged within 48 hours of the original appointment START time for the NON-REFUNDABLE deposit/retainer booking fee to be transferable.
* Cancellations of less than 48 hours’ notice from appointment start time will be charged 50% of the service COST. A NEW non-refundable deposit/retainer booking fee will be required IN ORDER to SCHEDULE a new appointment booking.
* SAME DAY cancellations of less than 24 hours’ notice from appointment start time will be charged 100% of the spice cost. A NEW non-refundable deposit/retainer booking fee will be required in order to SCHEDULE a new appointment booking.
* NO-CALL, NO-SHOW will be charged 100% of the service cost and will result in loss of the non-refundable deposit/retainer fee and will be required to pay a full non-refundable prepayment for aNY future appointments.
Late Arrival:
* If you anticipate arriving late, please contact me immediately at 317-809-2776.
* Every effort will be made to accommodate your appointment, however, if I am unable to provide the full extent of the services originally booked due to your delayed arrival, you will still be charged 100% of the entire amount of the services booked.
PRICING STRUCTURE
Please note that my pricing structure is based on a minimum cost, and a consultation is required to determine the exact cost and time required for your appointment. The prices listed on my website are the minimum and may vary depending on the service you require.
